Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at celestiaguard@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

A: Once you order it'll then be picked and packed within 2 working days and shipped using Royal Mail. Your order will be shipped via the label option picked at check out.

A: Your order will always arrive in a well present box with a cleaning cloth, plastic or velvet pouch protected in tissue paper and a little quote sticker and orders over a certain amount will come with a tarot card.
Q. Can my order be gift wrapped?
A. Yes you can add gift wrapped at check out this means your order will come in a pretty ribbon box, your jewellery will come in velvet pouches or ring boxes for the added luxury and no receipt will be added to the box. You can also add a note of what you'd like written on your card.
